My daughter and I spent 10 nights here in December 2019. The location is fantastic, right next to Skanderbeg square and walking distance from the museums and city centre.
The staff was extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The GM Mrs. Brunilda Londo personally welcomed us at Reception during check in, and was very visible throughout our stay (I don’t think she ever sleeps).
The hotel is sparkling clean and the dining room for breakfast (included with the room price) was large with a nice balcony overlooking the square, and most importantly a very nice spread (full breakfast buffet).
